Sportiqe’s design team is growing! We’re looking to add a dynamic graphic designer with an eye for brand aesthetics and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong typography & composition skills, understand brand principles, and experience developing a wide range of marketing collateral including digital ads, email marketing, and catalogs/lookbooks.

Our Jr. Editorial Graphic Designer will design and provide world-class B2B marketing collateral and digital eCommerce collateral to help achieve the company’s mission of providing full-service premium apparel. This person will report to the Sr. Editorial Graphic Designer, and work closely with our 3rd party marketing team, sales team, and other partners as needed. This is a full-time role based out of our corporate office in Tempe, AZ.

WHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAM

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Visual Design, or related field; and 2-3 years proven experience with graphic design in a marketing role.
  • Self starter with a drive for results who can take direction and run with it; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred skill and experience with corporate B2B design, understanding the polish and quality necessary to engage customers.
  • Display a passion for collaborating and supporting the team’s marketing strategy; facilitating ideas based on current industry trends and marketing techniques.
  • Can work quickly and efficiently while producing consistent quality across projects. Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Receptive to feedback and adaptable to change.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-Design.
  • Highly Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools and Klaviyo is a plus!
  • Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Collaborate and execute B2B and B2C marketing collateral including catalogs, seasonal lookbooks, flyers, presentation decks, digital ads, email marketing templates, landing pages and other web assets.
  • Maintain Sportiqe’s brand image by creating consistent high-quality work.
  • Partner with the creative team on execution and timing of marketing brand strategy.
  • Having an eye for trends and being proactive in presenting fresh ideas to the team.
  • Design to specifications and standards, consistent with the needs of the project.
  • Help build and maintain style guides, creative assets, templates, and other resources.
  • Assist with internal collateral and company presentations as needed.
  • Work with photography by demonstrating basic retouching, sizing, and formatting skills including superimposing graphics onto lifestyle and flat lay product images.
  • Receptive to feedback and adaptable to change.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-Design.
  • Highly Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools and Klaviyo is a plus!
