Customer Service Representative job:
Under the direction of the Director, Store Construction and Facilities, the Construction Coordinator will oversee crucial tasks associated with purchase order administration and provide outstanding customer service to our retail locations.
Job Duties:
• Work directly with Construction, Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, and Finance
• Manage all aspects of purchase orders, from issuance through invoice processing
• Track capital expenses, communicating month end accruals between Finance and Construction
• Manage aspects of vendor relationship, from new vendor creation, vendor modifications, and change service terms
•          Generate, maintain, and distribute reports such as updated service entries and invoices
• Identify improvements, cost savings, and working capital and process optimizations
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree)
• You are proficient in Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint
•          Working knowledge of programs such as SAP, Tradeshift , Winshuttle or similar systems
• Passion for communications, both written an oral that inspires excellent execution
•         The Project management is a passion as you love details and ensuring milestones are met and excel while managing multiple complex projects
• Working knowledge of financial drivers
• Collaborative with the ability to inspire and motivate others at all levels and departments
